I think this mean is most of success is showing up by our efforts or something, but other 30% mean we need to do something more to be success.
I succeeded to enter UOG, pass EN-085, and comunicate with my friends in English. My 70% of success are not showing up everything yet though. ha
My 30% of success are to be a rich to help poor children. I'm not sure that I can be a rich, but I believe I will be. I will try not to give up anything that I will face.

I believe that this quote is true. We do need to show up to prove our efforts to many important events in our lives. I'm glad that you passed EN-085 and maybe I will see you next semester for EN110. =]
