When we read a book or an essay if we read too fast or too many pages, sometimes we will forgot somethings. Therefore, we need use some way to help us to read.
1. Underlining. We can use pencil to underline the importent parts as a new charater show up or some importent informations. Also underline the topic sentence that could help people to find the main idea of the story or essay.
2. Annotating. Writing notes in the margins, is a practice related to underlining. Also when we write in our own words, it will be more easier to understand the story when we look back.
3.Outlining. After the first 2 steps, next is outlining and it means organized and reduce it. Make up a list that from the start point until the end. Use annotating (our own words to organized the story) it will let us to understand the story more clearly.
